About Snake River Rides, LLC
Snake River Rides is a premier non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider based in Twin Falls County, Idaho. We are dedicated to delivering reliable, compassionate, and flexible transportation services to Medicaid beneficiaries through Medical Transportation Management (MTM) for medical appointments across a wide region, including Glenns Ferry, southwest Gooding County, Twin Falls County, and extending to Hailey, Idaho. Additionally, we offer private, self-pay transportation services.

At Snake River Rides, LLC, we offer a variety of transportation services designed to meet your specific needs:
Medicaid Transportation Services
We are in the process of contracting with MTM to deliver reliable transportation services for individuals eligible under Medicaid.
Eligible Medicaid recipients are required to arrange their medically related transportation exclusively through MTM; direct bookings with our organization are not permitted.
Private Pay Transportation
For clients not covered under Medicaid, Snake River Rides, LLC offers flexible and convenient self-pay transportation options designed to meet a wide variety of needs. Whether you’re a senior who values comfort, an individual with mobility challenges who requires extra support, or someone simply looking for dependable rides to medical appointments, shopping, social gatherings, or family events, our private pay service is tailored to you.
Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles
At present, our fleet does not include vehicles compliant with ADA. However, if passengers are capable of transferring to a standard seat, we can accommodate by folding the wheelchair for transport, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to the intended destination. We anticipate introducing an ADA-compliant vehicle designed specifically for wheelchair users by late 2026.
Long-Distance and Rural Transportation
We recognize the substantial transportation challenges prevalent in rural Idaho. Accordingly, we expand our services beyond urban boundaries to encompass underserved regions, thereby facilitating connectivity between patients and healthcare providers. This encompasses airport transfers to either Boise or Salt Lake City.
